Christopher J. Domig was born and raised in Austria. He works in theater, TV, and film and speaks German and English fluently. He founded the award-winning Sea Dog Theater in NYC where he serves as Artistic Director.
As an actor, he has been nominated three times for the New York Innovative Theater Awards "Outstanding Actor" category and won the Outstanding Actor Award at the New York International Fringe Festival.
As a musician, he has composed two albums for piano. He composes music for film and theatrical collaborations. He plays piano, guitar, accordion, and harmonica.
Christopher is also the host of the Viktor Frankl Project podcast which has over 20,000 downloads to date, available on all streaming platforms.
Recent credits include: 2024 Off-Broadway Alliance’s winner of Best Revival “Tuesdays with Morrie” opposite Broadway legend Len Cariou, “Fleishman Is In Trouble” on FX opposite Lizzy Caplan and Josh Radnor, the film “Ava” opposite Oscar-winner Jessica Chastain.
He resides in New York City with his family. He has an MFA in Acting from SMU and is a member of AEA and SAG-AFTRA.
